The first stable pre-GA release of OpenBao Operator. This release rolls up the 0.1.0-rc.1 through 0.1.0-rc.7 line into the initial 0.1.0 baseline.

Highlights

• cluster lifecycle management for OpenBao on Kubernetes, including bootstrap, self-init, and day-2 operations
• rolling and blue/green upgrade workflows, with backup and restore support
• tenant onboarding for the default multi-tenant model, plus supported single-tenant installation paths
• hardened security posture with image verification, admission guardrails, RBAC hardening, and stronger lifecycle validation
• improved observability and operator-facing status, events, and operational guidance
• stable Helm chart packaging, signed release tags, signed artifacts, SBOMs, and published attestations

• The served API remains openbao.org/v1alpha1; pre-1.0 minor releases may still carry breaking changes.
